The situation

The client had an existing lift that was over 40 years old and had become unreliable. It needed to be removed and replaced with a solution that would fit the available space and provide a dependable, comfortable ride going forward.

What we did

Mercury Lifts removed the old lift and supplied and fitted a bespoke platform lift positioned between the staircase. New landing entrances were installed as part of the project, making full use of the available space with a solution built specifically to fit.

The result

The client now has a modern, reliable platform lift with a noticeably more comfortable ride, installed to match the dimensions of the space rather than working around an off-the-shelf size.
